I am a proud Kamilaroi woman living on Dharawal Country, home of the great Waddi Waddi people, maintaining strong and active connections within the Illawarra Aboriginal community.

As a Picture Editor, Archivist and Photographer with over two decades of experience in the media and Arts industry, I have developed a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of the visual communication landscape. My experience includes working as a Photo Editor, Image Archivist and Press Photographer across all major media providers, including AAP (Australian Associated Press) News Corp, and Fairfax Media. This diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective on the industry, allowing me to effectively bridge the gap between creative vision and logistical execution.

I possess extensive experience in news gathering logistics, particularly in planning and assignment briefing. I am adept at staff coordination and ensuring image delivery to meet deadlines. I have a thorough understanding of photographer and client requirements, including the critical aspects of time management for photographer assignments, managing expectations, and achieving desired content outcomes from assignment briefs, with a constant awareness of the importance of on-time delivery.

As a professional photographer I specialise in events, bringing extensive experience in the media and arts industry to the table.

Complementing my media roles, I have worked as an Arts Administrator and Event Manager within cultural industries, such as AusDance NSW, Sidetrack Theatre, and the University of Wollongong.
